I have made a small update to the coding and commit standards page on
the wiki.
http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Coding+and+Commit+Standards
It now mentions the various levels of commit access to our repository;
fluid, incubator, and scratchpad.
I have also added some of the references throughout the original text.
Please feel free to comment on the changes and suggest any necessary
improvements.
