Subject: Re: activities during upcoming DIA visit
Hi Alison,
I'm not sure if I should be replying to the whole list of people on
the email or just you. ... I'll leave it to you and Jess to share.
It would be great to do one or two visitor go-alongs... (see link to
paper). This way we can get a picture of the museum space as
experienced by families. (I used this method within a previous
museum project, and it provided some insight into how groups
interacted with each other, the space, and the artifacts.
Not sure if you can fit this in (it wouldn't necessarily require
visitor staff)
Cheers,
Kevin

Hi,
Today our team had a chance to talk about what we want to accomplish
at the DIA next week and came up with more ideas and a possible
schedule. (This is CC'd to our designers in Vancouver because they'll
be paying close attention to our visit). I sent a little note
yesterday to Jennifer about this this but this is a more detailed
follow-up to keep everyone in the loop.. DIA friends, please send us
your thoughts.
Cheers
Alison

Hi Jennifer,
Hope you're doing well.
In terms of what our side would like to accomplish next week, there
are a few things. I was wondering if we could set up 2 meetings -
one
with Paul Noll to discuss the DIA's IT infrastructure & one with
Christina Gibbs to discuss TMS - would that be Ok?
It would be great if we could have a tour of the gallery space if
there's time.
We'll need to have conversations that to further solidify the
direction we're taking with the DIA micro engagement project. I'm
not
sure how we want to structure conversations around this... But we
will
have wireframes to share with you folks that worked on since past
teleconferences.
Thanks,
Alison
