Sure, that makes sense. The database for the Image Gallery is cleared
every night when it is built, but I can add something to the Add
Images interface that makes it clear that a tester is uploading real
images to publicly-visible server.

It would be easier, for testing, to have a link on the daily build
site, but maybe we should add a warning so that people are aware not
to upload anything private.
