As of the end of today, I've released a copy of the latest builder with 
all the revisions for 3419, 3413 and 3412 onto the test server so 
reviewers can use it rather than doing a local deploy.

Colin - Justin actually reveiwed all of the 'needs review' items below 
and caught something in each case, so they've been re-opened, fixed and 
resolved again. They may only need a quick review this second time.
