Good afternoon Everett,

this is very true. According to the Apple iPod
touch<http://www.apple.com/ca/ipodtouch/features/accessibility.html>website
only the newest 32 and 64 GByte
iPod touch have VoiceOver build in.

I have the last generation iPod touch with OS 3.0 and I have NO VoiceOver.
