The work for FLUID-5217 was just merged today. Please make sure to update any
of the branches you may have. The changes were quite extensive as they involved
moving tests, examples, and demos up to the top level, as siblings of src.
Additionally there were changes/restructuring for the contents of the demos,
examples, and manual tests. The build scripts have also been updated to reflect
the changes.
