i've recently discovered fluid and have been using it for my company's
internal database. within the ui i use swfupload to upload various
files and until i updated safari yesterday (version 4.0.3) it was
working great. since the update, swfupload doesn't seem to work
anymore. using web inspector to examine the resources makes it seem as
if its not loading the swf.

the weird thing is, when i make a new ssb under a different name, the
swfupload works perfectly. if i delete the old SSB .app file, and the
folder for it under app support/fluid/ssb and then recreate the ssb
under the same name, the swfupload portion still does not work. are
there hidden files somewhere that im missing? i've even deleted
fluid.app, the application support folder, and then re-downloaded
fluid.app and started from scratch, but creating an ssb under the
original name still kills the swfupload features.

any thoughts? please help!
