There are preferences and other files related to each Fluid app you create. They are stored (if I remember right, I'm not at my Mac right now) in the Application Support folder under ~/Library. These have the same name as your Fluid app. So of you renamed the Grooveshark app and didn't rename the settings files, then your new Grooveshark app will be using the old settings.
Best advice I can think of now would be to trash both apps, then find and trash the settings files, and start fresh. Pete K.
