Review request for Flume and Mike Percy. Description ------- I've regenerated list of "developers" based on following list http://incubator.apache.org/flume/team-list.html I've also removed "contributors" element for now, because I've noticed that a lot of normal "developers" were mentioned there. I might iterate over JIRA and put all contributors (but not "developers") there in case that it will be needed.
