Nope. The siren-sounds are routinely altered so that the
citizenry doesn't become accustomed to them and turn a
deaf-ear. Here in San Francisco, there are the loudest
sirens I've ever experienced: pedestrians plug their ears as
these vehicles pass-by... the intransigent are frequently
run-down anyway.

Yes: you could alter the pitch yourself. Blast the museum
patrons: no coy street-musicians.
