Possibly another argument for submissions for the book to be posted to the
list like Patricia suggested. I too preferred that open process and
considered it more inspiring.
In this case I apologise to Jesse for my "unconstructive" comment - I shall
now interpret his e-mails as constructive criticism or just rudeness,
whichever seems more appropriate at the time.
