Don, this is what I have from you:

I cook like I paint....by guess and b'gosh
therefore I have no Fluxus recipes or perhaps
it may be said, "all my recipes are Fluxus
because they are musical, depend on chance,
intermedial, global, experimental, playful,
simple, and lastly demonstrate a unity between
art and life. For example:

Beans:   Take 2 cups dried pinto beans
               Boil slowly covered with water
               in an old, favorite pot.
               Empty water every hour or so
               and start over.
                After three water changes beans
                should be ready to eat.
                Salt to taste after last water change.
