Caught Ben at a fabulous Fluxus performance show at the MNCARS here in Madrid three years ago. Lovely guy (he had torn out a piece of the programme as a cheat-sheet and would take an occasional peek at it.

But, no, we didn't swap addresses. Still, I could try and contact the curator of that event, Bertha Sichel...
