Iraqi police had said US troops murdered 11 people, including four women and five children, in the town of Ishaqi in March. They said each had been shot in the head. Investigators are said to be finding plenty of evidence, however, against troops accused of involvement in two other incidents -- the alleged massacre of 25 civilians at Haditha late last year and the shooting death of an unarmed man in Hamandiya, west of Baghdad, in April.
