[Fluxus] Vertical Sync Artifacts with Fullscreen + Blur

I have noticed that when on my Macbook Pro 2.2 GHz 10.6.1 OSX (did it
on 10.5 also) That if I enable fullscreen and any amount of (blur) I
get horrible horizontal moving "bars"... anyone else? Is there a
solution for this? If not in full screen, everything looks fine. In
OpenFrameworks I would see similar looking artifacts and I could fix
it by doing  ofSetVerticalSync(true);
