anyone have a clear tutorial on how to set up jacks so that fluxus
can read the incoming sound. i've tried to set it up myself but
fluxus always crashes, or the code just doesn't work. i've tried the
bars example that doesn't work either. please help.
which operating system are you using? basically you start jack using
jackd, qjackctl, etc., then you use (start-audio) from fluxus using the
port name, buffer size and sample rate to connect to jack. you can check
the port names using jack_lsp if you are unsure. if you get crashes make
sure you set the buffer size bigger than 256.
