Jeff The 'attributes' shown here represent the linkages you can add to DGN features. They were in the ustn95/SE/J 'element information' tool in the text window.
You can add your Shape attribs to an external database and then link to them using these. Check out the FME Readers and Writers part of the online help system to find out how.
