It's there as MySQL. I think you need at least FME Professional though.

I've done some tests with it and it's pretty cool. I've used XAMMP from 
http://www.apachefriends.org/en/ to do the tests on (it's a 
pre-installed, pre-configured Apache-PHP-MySQL package that I use for my 
web development).
