You can change the amount of bad features that are logged using the keyword LOG_MAX_FEATURES but apart from that I don't think there is a way of doing this. I'll make the suggestion because as users do larger and larger translations this is only going to cause more stress.
BTW - as a general hint to everyone, all Workbench translations will run considerably quicker if you close the log window during processing. A quick translation I did ran in 4.8 seconds with the window closed as opposed to 5.9 seconds with it open (20% faster just by closing the log window!) - if you do this you can still open the window after processing and see the completed log.
