Hi Andres, Hi Mark,
it's my general impression of dgnV8 and fme that level number are not at all
reliable whereas level_names are transported more correctly.
My interpretation is that with V8 the level_name within Microstation has
higher priority than level numbers.
So I delete the igds_level and use ValueMappers or Joiners to regain the
appropriate level_number for a given Levelname.

Hi Andres,
I have no idea why the data is being read this way. I've filed this as a PR
(PR#7255) and will let you know when we've been able to fix the problem,

Regards,

Mark

Hi!

Is this a cell feature? The header might be on level 1 but the individual
parts on level 52.
