HI Charlene,

If you have the access, you can still use the FileMaker Server Admin Tool to connect remotely to the server and see the list of users.

If you don't have this access, you can define fields and make a change. When the change is committed it will tell you that users are connected and displays a list of the users.

Jeff,

I do not view the files directly from the FM server. I use FM7 developer
and work from home via IP address. Thanks for replying.

Hi Charlene,

If you use the FileMaker Server Admin tool, you can see all of the
user logged into any file hosted on the server. If you want more
information (like when they opened a file and with what account)
refer to the Events Log that is written to by the server.

Is there a way to get the names of all users currently working in
FM7 database? I can get my name using either UserName or
AccountName. It seemed in FM5.5, I was able to see who was logged
onto the db.

Thanks

Charlene
