Developer advice/suggestions

We are looking for a developer with a general business application  
that he can adapt to out specific needs.  It needs it be an unlocked  
solution.

We started with a very simple database on FM 2 and have been tacking  
on ever since.  We have 120 related databases in FM 6 right now.  We  
want to upgrade to FM 8 but don't think we should just convert  
something that really is a mess that needs a lot of clean up.

We route and create our work orders, invoice, keep customer  
inventories, create price quotes from our inventory items and have  
tons of bizare reports.  We also do our cold calling and keep up with  
the history.  We sync all the invoices with MYOB Account Edge.  We  
use barcode scanners to clock in and out and keep up with all  
employee data such as sick days and insurance and driver license's  
expiration.  We are 2 different companies that do different things  
but have the same customer base.

We are an all Mac office using the current OS X.  We use server 5.5  
for now but already own FM Server 8 and the Client Licenses.  We have  
around 20 users.

We are in Houston Texas but we are willing to work with people  
outside the area.
