We used the following scripts to print and envelope and report to the
same printer with two trays:
Process Final Report Card
Perform Script [ “Final Report Card Script Warning” ]
...
Perform Script [ “Print Envelope Report” ]
Perform Script [ “Print Final Report” ]
...
Go to Layout [ “Courselist active” (Teachers) ]
The following Script prints an envelope to an HP printer loaded with
envelopes
Print Envelope Report
Go to Layout [ “Reprint Report Envelope” (Final Report) ]
Print Setup [ Orientation: Landscape; Paper size: 4.13" x 9.5" ]
[ Restore; No dialog ]
Print [ Current record; All Pages; Orientation: Portrait; Paper size:
8.5" x 11" ]
[ Restore; No dialog ]
Go to Layout [ original layout ]
The following Script prints to an HP printer loaded with letterhead
Print Final Report
Go to Layout [ “Report Card
Print Setup [ Orientation: Portrait;
[ Restore; No dialog ]
Print [ Current record; All Pages;
[ Restore; No dialog ]

Initially, if we have the Sharp printer selected and use my “Print
envelope” script, the script sends it to the Sharp no matter how I
set up the script.
I want to set the script to print envelopes to the HP always. I
have to have this since it leaves envelope jobs on the Sharp that
bomb and need to be deleted by hand.
Also, It would be nice if the script reverted (at the end) to the
original printer if that is different than the HP.
