Hi David,
Excel can access an ODBC data source, and FileMaker can be one. It's
possible to keep data source settings and download changed data with
a couple of clicks. This works in one direction only. In Excel 2007
this, I think, is on the Data tab, in the "From Other Sources" icon/
menu.
