Start with IWP (instant web publishing). Read all the documentation on how
to do this. This may or may not be the "best", but it will likely be the
"easiest". You don't need to know HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

If you have specific issues that cannot be handled with IWP, then consider
alternatives. You can publish FMP data:
    1) export to something that can read the data, or as raw HTML

    2) use PHP (there is a PHP Site Assistant to help you create a site)

    3) use ODBC and any number of Web Applications that can read the data as
SQL

    4) use raw XML and other Web Applications that can read the data as XML

Tell us more on what you want to do. Specifically how much of the entire
solution will need to be web published?
