Hello all.
I have a client that wants a small application that works on a LAN
(FMS solves that) but that at the same that exchange information with
its existent application developed with VB6 and VB 8 (Net?). All the
information is running with SQL Server and under Oracle (VB6-SQLSvr,
VB8-Oracle).
I thought that one way to solve is to use the ODBC connection of FM
and that some programs of VB do that.
Do you think that is a good approach? Client of course wants to
continue using the existen application but is greatly impressed of
what he has seen that can be done with FM. Mainly the faster development .
Any comments based on experience are very welcomed.
