I'm familiar with the document. In it, on page 34, it reads as follows:
Installing, enabling, and configuring the example plug-in
And on page 35, there is a figure with an item in the dialog titled
"FMExample". But for the life of me, I CANNOT FIND THE "FMExample"
they're talking about in any of the download material I got when I
purchased the product.
WHERE IS IT???!?!
