I made a define value list. Worked on 16 records when I realized I needed to add three items and move one item. I went back to the records and saw the 16 had the boxes unchecked. Does this mean I lose checked boxes on all records using a specific define value list whenever I edit the list? How can I prevent this problem as it will be a huge one in other areas.
