Not meaning to sound too flip, but select all, copy and paste? When
the fields are defined with the same names, copy and pasting has
always worked for me. Just need to set the t-square to the same
position in both layouts to land the paste and even then adjusting
shouldn't be an issue. Even if the field names don't match, you still
have unreferenced 'fields' that can be pointed to defined fields in
the second db. Should also ensure that you have matching defined value
lists first.
