Yes, there is a bit more work doing it this way. But I was glad I did
in the end -- the ability to track exactly what is exported and by
whom at what time has proven very useful over the years.

using filemaker's import features I can separately script where all
the data is entered. I'm guessing 3 imports, one for the 'Header',
