Jackie both of those constitute "closed properly": the implication is
that all windows of a file have been closed, hence meaning that all
data in memory has been correctly saved to disk. A way of "improperly"
closing would be an unexpected application quit, or a force quit,
which potentially may leave the disk file incomplete or corrupted.
