Chad,
It would really help if you could give a sample of how your data is
stored within FileMaker (distributed over some records and/or fields).
Quite frankly, I don't understand why everybody tries to use all kinds
of clumsy work arounds, while a clean and easy XSLT style sheet would
solve all problems.

Tim,
I tried your suggestion but couldn't get it to work. One entry of my
text looks something like this:
<paraStyle:Full_Name>John Doe<0x000D><ParaStyle:Address>123 Winding
Way<0x000D><ParaStyle:City_St_Zip>Allover, PA 1345<0x000D>
Should this work or am I missing something? Thanks for you input.

Does anyone have any idea what the character code is
for an InDesign hard return?
Chad I'm assuming you're creating an InDesign Tagged Text file, in
which case you can use the tag
<0x000D>
to insert a carriage return (ie, it specifies the character with
hexadecimal code D which is decimal 13).
