Filemaker Server 5 on Windows 7

I need a new server for Filemaker Server 5 and am looking for 
suggestions and any experience members might have.
Windows environment. (I do want a Raid array.) How much memory can 
fmserver5 use?
Does anyone know if Filemaker Server5 will run on Window Server 2008 R2 
foundation?
Do you need to run a Server operating system? Could you run it on just a 
Windows 7 computer.
