Hey C.J.,

FileMaker is going through each of your layouts, looking for any copies of the 
field that need to be removed.

When you hit the Skip button, you are saying you don't want it to do that, so 
any copies of the field that remain on the layout will just say "Field Missing" 
on them.

In pre-11, you didn't see this dialog as often -- I'm not sure why that is -- 
but if you hit the Skip button, it would just cancel you leaving Manage 
Database. Usually when you're deleting a field, you know whether this process 
needs to run or not, so you can decide if you should Skip. However, when in 
doubt, just let it run.
