Not sure if this is the problem but I always have one of these files, server.pem and replace it when I get an error after install, I am attaching the file, it needs to be about 6k but sometimes gets corrupt or something

After the install, they are getting an error saying that the Admin Console was not able to be opened. I believe it because the Java version is not compatible. Has anyone ever been down this path and have any advice I can forward to allow him get FMPS9 running fine? What version is FMPS needing to run. I believe they are running Java 6 (Java SE 6).
