Hello Richard,

You use the charging cable to connect the iPad to the Mac the first time I
believe.

Then you can tick the box in the Summary Window, ³Sync this iPad over
Wi-Fi².

This happens how? Wi-Fi? AirDrop? There was no cable that came with the
iPad. Should there have been?
