Do any of you have a favorite IT company in New York City with Mac and Windows experience (including server virtualization and remote desktop services), preferably with FileMaker experience as well? I have a client in Manhattan who is frustrated with the response time of their current provider. They're a relatively small company dealing with lots of high resolution images, and they're diligent about paying their bills!
