First I would like to report succes on using mom4-beta2 on the SGI Origin. I have done the testcalculations and set up a simple sector basin model like I used to have in MOM3.1. Except for performance the program seems to work for these cases.
I would like to thank the people pointing out reasons for this lack of performance. I hope this can be fixed.
I have also succesfully integrated MOM4 into the Cactus framework, although the integration is still very superficial. Before continuing this work I would like to know when the final version of MOM will be released. Can anyone tell me this?
