Hello,

In an attempt to isolate a CFL problem, I am trying to run mom4 from a
previous restart. The archive.time file in mom4 does not have a history
of the previous runs and I have to manually calculate itt and modiffy
the archive.time file with the last restart date to make this happen. I
think it would be nice to have a history in archive.time so that I dont
have to do this. It would also be nice to have dates in the *.nc files of
restart instead of just L=1 and 2 (There's no way to run a fraction of a
day and have a unique name as the date.suffix holds only
year, month and day).
