Hi,
mom4.0 will have OBCs. We have been testing them during the past few months.
We hope to have a formal release sometime in October, 2003 for the new code. Sorry for the delays.

(which I never used) but these have not be implemented in MOM4.
However there is a statement in the MOM4beta guide about FMS tools that can be used to make OBCs becoming available in the fall of 2002.
