I'm happy to announce that the Tcpreplay suite has reached it's first
(and hopefully only) release candidate- 3.0.RC1. 3.0 is a two year
effort to completely rewrite the old 2.x code to increase performance,
add functionality and standardize the user interface. I suppose I
could list the over 100 improvements and bug fixes, but your time
would be better off reading the extensive manual & FAQ's:
