You've got two things working against you here: 1. Organizations generally won't make even "sanitized" packet captures of that size available to the public 2. Generic "internet traffic" is actually communications involving human beings that are protected by a number of privacy laws (protected from you and me anyway)
Unless you have the capability to do the capture yourself you may be out of luck.
