A search of freshmeat.net for "web filter" turned up all kinds of things, including: asqredir A squid redirection program for blocking content based on URL patterns. DansGuardian A Web filter with multiple page content analysis mechanisms. FilterProxy A filtering proxy server. and that's just page 1. Take a look, something out of the 79 hits might do the job.
