being able to delete a file'. because, they all require 'write'
permission.
seems to me, you have 'users' that are playing around, and screwing
things up. i would (a) tell them to STOP, and them (b), refuse to fix
the problems they create.
in addition. i would make sure their ability to 'play' with the
sywstem very restrictive ...
