I'm hoping to get opinions on Hosted Exchange installations for email and calendaring. The link to the server from outlook is supposed to be encrypted, but I can see some larger implications of that info is sniffed and deciphered. Also, I'm leery of having an AD full of my company's employee info being hosted somewhere else. But, having the features of Exchange without having to backup/restore the system or worry about patches and fixes is pretty attractive.
