This isn't strictly a FOI question but maybe someone on here knows the answer I'm trying to find out if there are any positive disclosure obligations around WMD. ie. if I found some, or thought someone I knew was making them, am I legally obliged to tell a state agency? To be clear: I haven't found any, nor do I suspect anyone of making them, but it is a serious question.
