This is information from ECLAC about the Principle 10 Declaration for Latin America and the Caribbean. They are having live Webex meetings to discuss the Plan of Action in August with Government representative. All are invited to attend. English below

Cumpliendo con el Plan de Acción hasta 2014 para la implementación de
la Declaración sobre la aplicación del Principio 10 en América Latina y el
Caribe, nos es grato informarles de las primeras reuniones de los dos grupos de
Trabajo establecidos en el Plan de Acción.
- Grupo de Trabajo 1, sobre fortalecimiento de capacidades y
cooperación. Fecha: Viernes 9 de Agosto, 2013. Hora: 11 am (UTC/GMT -4)
- Grupo de Trabajo 2, sobre derechos de acceso e instrumento regional.
Fecha: Martes 6 de Agosto, 2013. Hora: 11 am (UTC/GMT -4)
Las reuniones se realizarán de manera virtual vía WebEx y son abiertas a la
participación del público. Sin embargo, y debido a las capacidades del
servidor, los cupos son limitados y se asignarán según orden de registro. Los
interesados podrán registrarse para participar en uno u otro grupo de trabajo

Complying with the Plan of Action to 2014 for the implementation of the
Declaration on the application of Principle 10 in Latin America and the
Caribbean, we are glad to inform you of the first meetings of the two Working
Groups created in the Plan of Action.
- Working Group 1, on capacity-building and cooperation. Date: Friday 9
of August, 2013. Time 11 am (UTC/GMT -4)
- Working Group 2, on access rights and the regional instrument. Date:
Tuesday 6 of August, 2013. Time 11 am (UTC/GMT -4)
The meetings will be held virtually via WebEx and are open for public
participation. Nonetheless, due to server capacity, the number of participants
will be limited and will be assigned by order of register. Those interested in
participate in any of the groups, are kindly request to send an email to
