Hi,

I *may* have mentioned this before...the Freedom of Information (Scotland)
Act has a specific section about 'Exercise of rights by children'

http://www.legislation.gov.uk/asp/2002/13/section/69

A search of the term in the Commissioner's decision page yields no results
and I don't believe it has ever been adjudicated...

The (simple) idea was to legally allow the provisions in the Act to be used
by children.

Is it a unique legislative provision?

Best wishes,

David
