Hello again,
I am trying to install Adobe font 162, a Gill Sans collection of 5 fonts. I
am trying to run the program fontinstpgs.tex
> \input fontinst.sty
> \latinfamily{pgs}{}
> \bye
in a folder with the necessary support for fontinst.sty but possibly not
latinfamily.
Unfortunately I obtain the following response...
% tex -progname=fontinst fontinstpgs.tex
This is TeXk, Version 3.1415926 (TeX Live 2010)
restricted \write18 enabled.
kpathsea: Running mktexfmt fontinst.fmt
I can't find the format file `fontinst.fmt'!
What do I need do to obtain this file? Many thanks in advance.
