I solved the problem for almost all machines (one keeps refusing my approaches...). Incredibly it worked simply using the font server of one of the machines to which I couldn't login before. It's incredible in that, as also written in my original post, I already tried using a font server but that didn't work. Now using THE SAME font server all works perfectly. Maybe I changed something of my configuration and I don't remember it or the sysadmin has changed the configuration of the HP-UX font server. I don't know (and sincerely, I don't care very much).
I hope this information can help someone else having the same problem.
